These are so easy to heat up and serve anytime and perfect for a gathering. 18 minutes in the oven at 350 and 2 minutes on convection gives the crust a slight crunch and then you get into the center – yum !

For me the key to a really good jamaican patty is the pastry. These are spot on. My wife and I both agreed the curry chicken were the best. Like them delivered frozen so I can heat them up for a quick snack or meal.
