Delicious, love the crust. I think I prefer the mushy meat of a typical patty, but the flavour is so good I’m cool with it being ground.

Thanks Cole! Yes, our patties are Trini style so we don’t blend the meat and our crust is more of a pastry. We are so happy you love the flavour!

I just ate two of the mild beef patties. The pastry was really good, flaky but I found it too salty for my taste and also a bit more spice than I like. Adding some mixed vegetables (peas, carrots and potatoes) would make them a bit tastier and a more complete meal

Absolutely delicious!!! The mild beef patties remind me of my amazing chef Mom’s family French Tortiere recipe including the pastry. Very good and flaky! Impressed. And the jerk chicken ones were also scrumptious. Reminds us of the Caribbean. Also delivered to our house one dark night just as promised even though we live quite far away in a woodsy area and have no street lights. We wish this great new company well!

These are seriously delicious. I first tried them at the Ft. Langley night Market in the summer, and now my whole family loves them. Great flavour, not too spicy, and delicious crust( even my wife who generally doesn’t like pastry loves the pastry on these). Best part is how easy they are to reheat for an easy snack or quick dinner. Keep up the good work !
